Narrative Writing

Also known as storytelling, this style of writing typically includes the 4 main parts of any narrative piece:

  • The introduction
  • Rising action
  • The climax
  • A resolution

Persuasive Writing

Intended to create strong emotions in the reader of the article, this style will motivate and also make a strong connection because of the style of content.

The emotions can persuade the reader to take a specific action whether that be to buy a product or possible help them to understand a resolution to their problems.

Expository Writing

This style shares information with reader including facts and figures in a ‘how to’ format.

This style covers a large proportion of existing articles on the web and offer value to the reader who is searching for reasons to buy a product or service. Businesses that wish to display their authority on a specific field will often use this style for that purpose.
